Is there a warranty?
- Yes. We offer 6 months warranty on parts and services. If you are located within Metro Manila, we can do HOME SERVICE. Our technician will go to your house to fix your unit. This is free of charge, of course. Should you need assistance after the 6-month warranty period, we can assist you any time but not anymore for free.
Where is the unit made?
- Same with our competitors, our units are from China, where ALL massage chairs being sold in the Philippines are made.
Can you do same day delivery?
- Yes. We can fulfill same day delivery if we have been informed of the order on or before 12NN the same day. However, this is not free of charge for the reason that the delivery team has been out since 8AM. We consider this as special delivery. You will be charged some fees depending on the delivery location.
Is this free shipping?
- Yes. We offer free shipping if the delivery location is within Metro Manila.
Do you deliver to provinces?
- For provinces near Metro Manila, we can deliver but not for free. Please send us your location so we can check the delivery charge.
- For far Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, you may be asked to pay first. We cannot cover COD for places this far.
Is this Cash on Delivery (COD)?
- Yes. We do Cash on Delivery within Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
How many days to preorder?
- If your preferred unit is not onhand but you still wish to push through with its purchase, ask for the preorder form, fill that out and wait for 25-30 days. This is the maximum waiting time already. You will be informed once the unit arrives and is ready for delivery.
If I order now, when can I get the unit?
- If it is onhand, expect it to be delivered a day after you filled out the form and it was acknowledged.
Do you accept credit card?
- Yes. Only if you purchase through our website.
Do you do installment?
- Yes, but only for credit card owners and provided that they purchase directly from our website.
