WARRANTY INCLUSIONS/COVERAGE:
- All brand new SEIHACHI Massage Chairs carry 1 year warranty against mechanism issue, defect, damage or malfunction under normal usage. Parts and services warranty and home service for Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna & Rizal. Parts warranty for other areas not mentioned and/or for units used for business, commercial, corporate or rental purposes.
- SEIHACHI will only honor warranty if and only if receipt and/or warranty card is presented and a detailed description of the issue, defect, damage or malfunction together with its video is provided as proof and sent through our official FaceBook page.
- Products delivered outside Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna & Rizal may still avail service warranty if and only if the buyer will send and pick-up the product to and from our service center in Las Pinas at his/her own expense and effort based on a mutually agreed schedule.
- Serviced units (as in #3) must be collected within 30 days upon notice of successful repair. On the 31st day, SEIHACHI has the right to dispose unclaimed serviced unit.
- For serviceable areas (Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna & Rizal), if unit cannot be repaired at home after careful diagnosis, it may be subject for pull-out and shop (Las Pinas) repair. Care of SEIHACHI if and only if there is nothing subject to warranty exclusions/void cases.
- Serviced units (as in #5) must be returned within 30 days upon notice of successful repair. After SEIHACHI’s heads-up, it is the buyer’s responsibility to commit on the date he/she is available for receiving the product. On the 31st day, SEIHACHI has the right to dispose unreturned serviced unit if buyer fails to commit or reply.
- Service warranty is only honored in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna & Rizal delivery areas. In case the unit is transferred outside these areas, only parts warranty may be availed.
- It is under SEIHACHI’s discretion to repair or replace defective parts with new or pulled out parts from another unit.
***Leadtime for repair and/or parts sending shall depend on the product issue, defect, damage or malfunction, its severity/rarity, parts availability and/or technician availability.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS/VOID CASES:
- SEIHACHI does not carry preventive maintenance coverage if there is no obvious issue, defect, damage or malfunction on the product.
- SEIHACHI has the right not to send a technician or part/s to a buyer who fails to prove the defect of the product.
- For after or outside warranty units, SEIHACHI may only assist but has no obligation to repair and supply parts if unit is declared unrepairable/unavailable.
- Warranty is non-transferrable and covers only the original purchaser whose name reflects in the warranty card and/or receipt.
- Subjective issues such as tightness/looseness of airbags, softness/hardness of massage rollers, uncomfortability of user, sounds produced while in motion, etc. are not covered.
- Void warranty if parts sent got loss in transit, has been returned to sender or there is no available receiver in the delivery address.
- SEIHACHI does not honor repairs and parts sending outside the Philippines.
- Service warranty is waived if unit was used for business, commercial, corporate or rental purposes.
- In case of issue, defect, damage or malfunction due to transfer of unit from the delivery location to another location, warranty (parts and services) will automatically be waived.
- Void warranty for units bought second hand from a person or not bought directly from SEIHACHI.
- On cosmetic/aesthetic damages after the unit has been delivered and personnel has already left the delivery location, “no return, no refund & no exchange policy” shall strictly be imposed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to double check his/her item upon delivery.
- Void warranty if unit is opened and/or repaired by unauthorized technician/s (for serviceable areas) or was subject to user mishandling, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper operation or maintenance, intentional damage, modification, connection to improper voltage supply, usage of generator, electrical disturbances, power surges, dropped product, etc.
- Void warranty if issue, defect, damage or malfunction resulted from stains from crayons, grease, ballpoint pen ink, pencil, mold, spillage of food, liquids, corrosion, sand, dirt, rusting or staining, cuts, burns, rips, punctures, etc.
- Void warranty for loss and/or damage of/on product accessories- tools (extra screws, hose connectors & locks), manual, LCD controller/tablet, gadget stand, cable plug, etc.
- In case of lost receipt and/or warranty card, SEIHACHI has the right to refuse repairs and/or parts sending, most especially if buyer information is nowhere to be found.
- Void warranty on exterior including steel, plastic, and/or wooden framework, wheels, wear and tear on leather, fabric and other parts, decors, zippers, stitching, Velcro, etc.
- Void warranty for defects caused by attacks of pets, household pests- rodents, etc. or any infestations, environmental conditions like fire, flood, lightning, windstorm, hail, earthquake or any natural disasters, pollution, exposure to weather conditions, etc.
- Void warranty on future repairs and/or parts sending if there is a circumstance that buyer has failed to pay for units with declared void warranty.
- Void warranty if computation for repairs outside serviceable areas is not mutually accepted by both parties.
- On buyer’s choice not to accept suggested remedy or additional payment (if unit will be replaced with an upgraded one) for serviceable unit that is declared unrepairable.
- No warranty for discounted inclusions or freebies.
***Changes, amendments and modifications to our warranty inclusions and exclusions are left to the sole discretion of SEIHACHI MASSAGE CHAIRS.
